SUPA MKI
This one is a clone of some of the earliest Sola Sound® made, Marshall® branded, Supa Fuzzes that had a modified MKI circuit living inside rather than familiar MKII circuit most other Supa Fuzzes had inside.

The circuit is very similar to the classic MKI circuit but rather than having the typical “Attack” control it is replaced with a tone control/bass cut control and the fuzz set to maximum.
I tune these to have the extreme bloom and sag that the Supafuzz MKI is famous for
I built this one in the classic vero board layout with 3 NOS germanium transistors, NOS caps, and carbon comp resistors.
The Supa MKI is tuned for good compression and aggressive attack and a little more “open” and less gated than my typical Escalator MKI.
